Refund Policy:

All sales are final Due to the digital nature of the product and services, we are unable to provide refunds on any purchases. In most cases you have paid for services and/or products and seen the results of using upon service or product completion. However, we do suggest that if you are having issues, you let us try to help you – submit a support ticket to 5M Devs discord. – we’re here to help. 

Terms of Service:

digital products or services are final sale by default a. The initial term of this Agreement shall be as set forth in the Order Form (the “Initial Term”). 

The Initial Term shall begin upon commencement of the first payment made by the Customer. The Initial Term and all successive renewal periods shall be referred to, collectively, as the “Term.” b. 

This Agreement may be terminated prior to receiving product or service i. by either party by giving the other party two (2) days prior written notice, or ii. in the event of nonpayment by Customer (must receive payment before product or service can be received) 

c. 5M Devs may terminate this Agreement at any time for perceived breaches of contract by the Customer 

d. Upon termination of this Agreement for any cause or reason whatsoever, neither party shall have any further rights or obligations under this Agreement, except as expressly set forth herein. Termination of this Agreement and retention of pre-paid fees and charges shall be in addition to, and not be in lieu of, any other legal or equitable rights or remedies to which 5M Devs may be entitled.

 Our Business Hours are from 11am-7pm Monday-Friday. We only provide support during our business hours so please be mindful of these times. Response times are slower during our closed hours but tickets will be answered when we are available. 

NEW CUSTOMERS - Do NOT be disrespectful to staff or you will be banned (cannot be reversed) 

FOR RETURNING CUSTOMERS - You will receive your customer role once you make your first purchase with 5M Devs

• If a VIP leaves this discord, you will lose your VIP Role & will have to earn the VIP Role back

DO NOT CONTACT ANY STAFF MEMBER IN DMS - YOU WILL BE BANNED (this will not get you any discounts/free items/ or faster service)

• All contact needs to be conducted in this discord. If you're assisted by staff outside of this discord 5M Devs will not provide support
